XM203 SHIPPING UPDATE: 12.SEP.2024

We have received confirmation today that the remaining part has been shipped. As a result, the following updates apply:
  • RDX has sufficient stock of the part to fulfill all international orders, with the exception of the U.S. This is due to two shipments requiring the part to be fitted to all units. You will receive a shipping notification email once the unit is packed and ready for pickup.
  • RDX expects all stock to be ready for shipment by no later than September 20th. However, additional time will be needed for the units to reach our U.S. distributors.
RDX sincerely apologizes for the delay and any frustration this may have caused.

XM203 SHIPPING UPDATE: 6.SEP.2024

Unfortunately, we are facing a delay with one part. It is scheduled to leave the manufacturer on the 10th, and we expect to receive it by the 16th. This is the final part, and once it's added to the unit, it will be packed and shipped.We will monitor the tracking closely, and if everything goes as planned, we should be able to arrange shipping starting the 17th.

XM203 SHIPPING UPDATE: 3.SEP.2024

RDX is committed to shipping the next round of units, but we do rely on other parties to deliver their parts on time. Unfortunately, one part is currently delayed. While we don’t have a confirmed delivery date yet, it appears it will arrive by the second week of September.
RDX will have everything assembled, with the exception of this one part, so delivery will commence within 24-48 hours of receiving it.
We understand the frustration this may cause, as we too want these units to be in the hands of their proud owners as quickly as possible.
